4 Key Factors In Our SEO Analysis

Hey, guys, my name is Chris Gatterson with the Dallas Digital Marketer, and today I wanted to give you a little bit more information about what you can expect from an SEO consultation and analysis.


Now guys, keep in mind I will not be going over everything that I do for an SEO analysis because I don’t want to bore you and I don’t want this to be a two hour video, so today we’ll be going over the four key things that I check for when doing an SEO analysis.

The Purpose Of The SEO Analysis

The purpose of the SEO analysis is to give you a blueprint for your digital marketing success.

So whether you decide to hire me as an SEO specialist or even if you find another SEO agency, at least you’ll know everything that needs to be implemented in order to see you reach your goals.


We start off with a website audit.


This will give me a great understanding of your website. I find ways for you to improve and I will also take a look at your competition and see how we can overcome them.


Now guys keep in mind that these four things are not necessarily in order of importance, but we will be starting off with citations as number one.

#1 Citations

These are the things like business listings like Yelp, Foursquare, mapquest, things like this are great for your business because it helps the customers find you on multiple platforms and it’s also very important because it is a ranking factor in Google and other search engines.

The next thing we check for is it as a part of Seo.

#2 Schema Markup

It’s called Schema Markup, specifically the five-star rating.

I implement this across the majority of my clients because it increases credibility.

It helps build trust with new visitors and can increases clicks by around 19 percent.

5-star schema markup is very important guys.

#3 Titles and Meta Descriptions

The third thing we check for his titles and Meta descriptions.

We check for keyword density, relevance, and competition.

What I mean by this is that the keywords that you’re wanting to rank for, needs to be throughout your site, the right content and more specifically inner titles and your Meta descriptions.

If they’re not, it is going to be very hard for you to be ranking.

The last thing we check for, and this is what really sets us apart as digital marketers, is that we check your sales funnel.

#4 The Sales Funnel

If we don’t believe that the traffic that we send you will convert to leads, then we work with you to fix that because traffic in itself is not important. It’s all about increasing sales, leads, and phone calls.
